Are the ponies able to be ridden?
Unfortunately, our ponies cannot be ridden as our current licence does not cover pony rides. We want the focus to be on getting to know and learning about the ponies.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are licensed and have public liability insurance. Please send an email if you would like a copy of these documents.
Can I hire you for a wedding, community event or school fete?
Yes, absolutely. We would love to be involved in your event - whatever the occasion!
I can't find a package that offers exactly what I want, what should I do?
If you can't see exactly what you are looking for on our website, please feel free to get in touch and we can try our best to accommodate you!
Can the ponies come to me?
Mouse and/or Pickle would be happy to come to you, we may ask for pictures of the area you plan to use so that we can check that it will be suitable. For visits that are not events, it is easier to have areas not on grass so that the ponies are not distracted by eating!
Are the ponies 100% safe?
Our ponies are well trained, good natured ponies however no animal is ever 100% predictable so we ask that all participants listen carefully to the handler and follow all instructions in order to stay safe.
